Every Fine Feather furnished rental is crafted with your comfort and style in mind. While some units include all utilities for added convenience, every home comes with water, sewer, trash service and yard maintenance covered. Utility arrangements vary by property: some include select utilities for your convenience, while others offer the flexibility of tenant-paid utilities. Whatever your preference, you’ll find a home that fits your needs and budget.

Maintenance RequestsList Item 3
At Fine Feather, we take pride in proactive property care, but we know that unexpected issues can arise. As your direct landlord, I am committed to maintaining safe, comfortable homes and addressing maintenance needs quickly and professionally.
I fully support Colorado law, which requires landlords to respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure habitable living conditions. As a Fine Feather resident, you will receive clear instructions for reporting issues and know that you are protected from retaliation for exercising your rights. For emergencies or conditions that affect your health, safety, or ability to live comfortably, Fine Feather begins remedial action within 24 hours of receipt of written notice. For other non-emergency issues, Fine Feather starts repairs within 72 hours of receiving written notice.
With direct access to the owner and a 24/7 Tenant Portal, you’ll enjoy quick responses and personal attention every step of the way.

Apoyo plenamente la ley de Colorado, que exige que los arrendadores respondan de manera oportuna a las solicitudes de mantenimiento y garanticen condiciones de vivienda habitables. Como residente de Fine Feather, recibirá instrucciones claras para informar problemas y sabrá que está protegido de represalias por ejercer sus derechos. Para emergencias o condiciones que afecten su salud, seguridad o capacidad de vivir cómodamente, Fine Feather inicia acciones correctivas dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la recepción de un aviso escrito. Para otros problemas no urgentes, Fine Feather comienza las reparaciones dentro de las 72 horas posteriores a la recepción de un aviso escrito.
