There is a
$35.00 non-refundable fee per tenant for the application process.
Note: If any tenant has an eviction on his/her record, please do not apply as your application will be automatically denied.
If you already have a recent PTSR (Portable Tenant Screening Report) from TransUnion that is less than 30 days old and includes credit, rental, and criminal history, we will accept it at no cost to you. Please only submit TransUnion PTSRs directly from TransUnion or through the application system we provide. PTSRs submitted through other websites or tenant portals
not approved by us cannot be accepted.
