When you are ready to proceed with the rental application, it is time to request your background check, which includes credit, criminal and eviction checks, to assess your eligibility for tenancy.
There is a $35.00 non-refundable fee for the application process.
If you already have a recent PTSR (Portable Tenant Screening Report) from TransUnion that is less than 30 days old and includes credit, rental, and criminal history, we will accept it at no cost to you. Please only submit TransUnion PTSRs directly from TransUnion or through the application system we provide. PTSRs submitted through other websites or tenant portals
 not approved by us cannot be accepted.
